2 1/2 cups crushed strawberries
1 cup sugar or splenda
3 Tbls Ball Realfruit instant pectin

Preparation

Step 1

1 Stir sugar and Ball Realfruit instant Pectin in a bowl
2 Add strawberries. Stir 3 minutes.
3. Ladle jam into clean jars to fill line attach lids. Let stand until thickened about 30 mins.
4 serve immediately. refrigerate of freeze.
