Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- olive oil
- 1 cup Frank's red hot sauce
- 1/2 stick butter
Preparation
Step 1
Dredge chicken breasts in egg and then in bread crumbs. Saute in olive oil several minutes on each side until almost done. Melt butter with red hot sauce, dip chicken breasts in sauce and saute until done. Use extra sauce as desired.
You can use for salad by cutting up and adding to lettuce, tomatoes, celery, blue cheese, etc. with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
Or put whole chicken filet on bun for sandwich with lettuce, tomatoe, blue cheese and blue cheese dressing.
