Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 packets sugar substitute
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups mixed nuts (pecans, almonds, macadamias, walnuts)

Step 1
Heat oven to 275 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix egg white, water, sugar substitute, salt, pepper, cumin, cinnamon and cayenne. Add nuts; mix until evenly coated.
Spread nuts in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown.
