Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 Cup 8 oz. lowfat yogurt
- 2 Tbs each fresh lemon juice and chopped dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 pocketless pitas, warmed
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 2 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cups shredded lettuce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all of the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl
Bake chicken breast in pan in oven, then shred and combine with lemon juice and salt in another bowl.
Spoon on pita, add sauce and garnish with tomatoes and lettuce.
