Queso - Hot Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (8 oz) cubes Tillamook Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup (4 oz) cubed Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 jalapenos, seeds removed, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped 12 dash of cayenne pepper
  • 3 dashes Tabasco

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, then arrange in a terra-cotta baking dish. Bake until the cheese is thoroughly melted, about 10-12 minutes.

remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes, the enjoy immediately.
