Pork Loin - Chinese Style

Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 to 2 1/2 lb. pork loin, cut into 1" cubes
  • 3/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tea. sriracha sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a zip-lock bag. Add pork cubes and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

remove pork from bag, reserving marinade, and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn pork over and baste with reserved marinade. Discard remaining marinade.

Bake an additional 10 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 145 degrees in larges piece. Let rest for 3 minutes.

Serve pork over steamed rice and stir-fried vegetables.
