Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain, low fat yogurt
- 3 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- squeeze of lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Place in cool cup, cover and chill.
4. Serve with your favorite crunchy vegetables, such as carrot sticks, celery, bell peppers or string beans.
