Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped Longo’s rotisserie chicken meat
- 1 cup shredded Muenster cheese
- 1/2 cup Longo’s Artichoke and Asiago Dip
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup shredded apple, squeezed dry
- 5 Longo’s large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 jalapeño pepper (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, dip, carrot and apple
until well-combined. Lay the tortillas out on work surface
and spread chicken mixture on half of each tortilla. Fold
tortilla over in half to cover and press down to seal.
Heat a large nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium high
heat and place two tortillas at a time in pan. Cook, turning once for about 6 minutes or until golden and crisp. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
