Ham and Swiss Baked Omelet

  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 3 Tbsp. sliced green onions
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 9 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/45 tea. black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Layer ham, green onion, and cheese in a greased 9" square baking dish.

In a bowl, beast together eggs, milk, sour cream and pepper. Pour over the ham and cheese.

Pour over ham and cheese. Bake for 50-55 minute3s or until the egg are set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

Makes 6-8 servings
