Ingredients
- 1 pound butter (4 sticks), almost melted
- 2 3/4 cups (11 oz) all-purpose flour
- 1 package (18.25 oz) white cake mix
Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 350. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix and flour.
2. Pour butter all at once, into dry ingredients; thoroughly scrape butter from sides of bowl. Mix until dry ingredients are incorporated and dough is smooth (Dough will be soft; do not refrigerate.)
2.Fit Cookie Press with desired disk; fill with dough. Press dough onto Cookie Sheet 1 in. apart. Bake 15-17 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool cookies 3 minutes on Cookie Sheet; remove to cooling rack. Repeat with remaining dough.
