Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 * 4-5 LB pork roast

Step 1
MAKE A MARINATE OF THE FIRST 6 INGREDIENTS.
PUT ROAST IN PLASTIC BAG AND POUR MARINATE OVER IT.
CLOSE THE BAG AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
REMOVE THE MEAT FROM THE MARINATE.
ROAST UNCOVERED AT 325 DEGREES FOR 2 1/2 TO 3 HOURS.
BASTE OCCASIONALLY DURING THE LAST HOUR OF COOKING WITH THE RESERVED MARINATE.
