    cup soy sauce

  • ½

    cup dry sherry

  • 2

    cloves garlic

  • 1

    tablespoon dry mustard

  • 1

    teaspoon ginger

  • 1

    teaspoon thyme

  • 1

    * 4-5 LB pork roast

Directions

MAKE A MARINATE OF THE FIRST 6 INGREDIENTS. PUT ROAST IN PLASTIC BAG AND POUR MARINATE OVER IT. CLOSE THE BAG AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. REMOVE THE MEAT FROM THE MARINATE. ROAST UNCOVERED AT 325 DEGREES FOR 2 1/2 TO 3 HOURS. BASTE OCCASIONALLY DURING THE LAST HOUR OF COOKING WITH THE RESERVED MARINATE.
