Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup plain, non-fat yogurt
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 8 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
• 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
• tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, add all ingredients and mix until combined.

Spoon into shallow baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

Top with additional ½ cup of cheddar cheese and return to oven until melted.

Garnish with green onions and serve with tortilla chips
