Ingredients
- 1/2 +1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup oats
- 3/4 cup rice krispies
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup honey glazed pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts,chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream together sugars and oil. Add the egg and vanilla. Mix until smooth, then stir in the salt and baking soda. Mix in the oats,flour,and rice krispies until just mixed. Stir in the nuts and chocolate chips.
2. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour on the batter and pat down until smooth and even. Better if thinner.
3. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Wait a few minutes then cut. Let cool.
