  • 4 c of rolled oats
  • 2 c sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 c sliced almonds
  • 1 1/2 c cherries chopped
  • 1/2 c vegetable
  • 1/3 c good honey
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Step 1

, Combine the oats, coconut, almonds and the cherries, pour the oil and honey over them, add the cinnamon and stir to coat with a wooden spoon

. Pour onto a baking sheet and spread out the mixture, bake at 350 degrees stirring occasionally to prevent burning until golden brown

. Cool and store in airtight container until used
