Ingredients
- olive oil
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/4 grated parmesan
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Toss with 1 pound cooked pasta.
Saute onion and garlic until soft. Add tomatoes, cook until pasta water comes to a boil. Add cream, vodka and salt & pepper. Stir and cook until pasta is al dente; about 10 minutes. Add parmesan cheese when tossing with pasta.
