Ricotta Herb Sauce

Ingredients

  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 boullion cube
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Toss this sauce with 1 pound cooked pasta.

Stir together cheeses & herbs. In a separate bowl, dissolve boullion in boiling water, stir into cheese mixture.
