- 14 * 0Z (1 PACKAGE) KRAFT CARAMELS
- 1/2 cup * EEPORATED MILK
- 1 package * GERM.CHOC. CAKE MIX
- 3/4 cup MELTED butter
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup CHOPPED pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Step 1
COMBINE CARAMELS AND 1/2 CUP MILK UNTIL CARAMELS ARE MELTED.
COMBINE DRY CAKE MIX, BUTTER, 1/3 CUP MILK, AND NUTS.
STIR BY HAND UNTIL DOUGH HOLDS TOGETHER. PRESS 1/2 INTO GREASED 9 X 13 PAN.
BAKE 6 MIN. @ 350 DEGREES. REMOVE AND SPREAD CARAMEL MIX OVER BAKED LAYER.
THEN SPRINKLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS. CRUMB REMAINING CAKE MIXTURE OVER CHIPS.
BAKE 15 - 18 MIN. LONGER. COOL AND CUT.
