- 1/3 cup of full fat coconut milk & coconut flakes
- 1/2 avocado
- 5 ice cubes
- 5 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 1 cup of power greens
- Filtered water to desired consistency (approx. 1/3 cup for photo)
