Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can canned chili
  • 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
  • 4 oz. pkg. shredded cheese
  • Bag of tortilla chips
  • Optional: horseradish (homemade of course)
  • A jar of jalapeno peppers, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese in microwave. Next, mix cream cheese, chili and shredded cheese in a bowl. Return to microwave and cook until mixture is hot. Serve with tortilla chips.
OPTIONAL: For a spicy dip, add horseradish or a jar of jalapeno peppers.
