Grilled Herbed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 6 (4 oz) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
  • vegetable cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside half of herb mixture for basting during grilling. Brush remaining half on chicken.

2. Heat grill to med-hot. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Place chicken on rack; grill covered 5 min. Turn chicken; brush herb mixture on chicken and grill, 5 additional minutes or until chicken is done.
