- 2 T. UNBLEACHED ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1 1/2 t. SALT
- 1 t. VANILLA EXTRACT
- 4 LARGE EGGS
- 1 1/2 CUPS MILK
- 1/4 CUP (1/2 STICK) MELTED BUTTER

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 325. SPRAY A 13X9X2 BAKING DISH WITH COOKING SPRAY. MIX TOGETHER THE CORN, FLOUR, SUGAR, SALT, VANILLA, EGGS & MILK. STIR IN MELTED BUTTER. POUR INTO THE PREPARED DISH AND BAKE FOR 55 TO 60 MINS., UNTIL SET AROUND THE EDGES AND SOFT IN THE MIDDLE.
