Ingredients
- 4 cups pecan halves
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt

Step 1
In large roasting pan, spread pecans one or two layers deep. Roast at 250 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring once. Remove from oven and pour melted butter over pecans. Stir with a wooden spoon to coat nuts. Return to oven for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times. Add salt, and stir to coat. Roast 5 to 10 minutes more. Store in airtight container.
