Clam Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can minced clams (drain and save juice)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • dash of tabasco (optional)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbs Horseradish (more or less for heat)

Preparation

Step 1

If cream cheese is taken directly from refrigerator, you may need a teaspoon of clam juice to soften it. Mix all other ingredients first, then use your own judgement as to weather the clam juice is needed for consistency.
