Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple -- well drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives or green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced onions
  • 2 cups pecans -- chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon bits (optional)

Mix ingredients together. Keep about 1 cup nuts out. Chill. Roll into ball and then in remaining nuts.
