PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients

• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/2 c packed brown sugar
• 1/2 peanut butter
• 1/4 c shortening
• 1/4 c butter softened
• 1 lg. egg
• 1 1/4 c a.p. flour
• 3/4 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

. Cream the butter, shortening and the peanut butter, add in the sugars, and beat for 2 minutes, add in the egg, next add in the dry ingredients

. Chill batter for 20 minutes, using a small ice cream scoop, scoop dough to shape into small balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until light brown on the bottom
