Ingredients

  • 1-16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 can French fried onions

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup, vegetables, 1/2 of cheese, yogurt, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onion. Bake, uncovered, 5 to 7 minutes longer.
