Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. quick oats
- 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1-14 oz. can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs. Press remaining mixture in a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 15 minutes. Pour condensed milk evenly over mixture. Cover with pecans and chocoalte chips. Top with remaining 1/2 cup mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
