Ingredients
- 1 tbs EVOO
- 1 tbs chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 tbs chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1 tbs chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 beef boneless top loin steaks 1 inch thick about 1 lb

Step 1
1. Mix all ingregients except beef in small bowl. Rub and press herb mix into all surfaces for beef. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hrs but no longer than 24 hours
2. Heat goals or gas grill for direct heat. Grill beef uncovered 4-5 inches from med heat, 1 minute on each side to seal in juices. Cover and grill 6-10 min longer for med done turning once.
