Ingredients
- 1 german chocolate cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 25 Carmels
- 2 T canned milk
- Large Marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Cookie Mix:
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs & chocolate chips. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheets and BAKE 375 for 6-8 minutes.
Carmel:
Unwrap caramels and put in saucepan with canned milk. Melt over medium heat, stir often. Spoon a heaping teaspoon of melted carmel onto each cookie.
Marshmallow:
Turn oven broiler on high & place 1 large marshmallow on top of each caramel covered cookie. Put back into oven under broiler for 1-3 minutes til tops are golden & puffy (not melted) remove from oven & press on mallow. Cool on iron rack
