Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 lb ground beef seasonsed to taste
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 lg onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup wild rice, precooked

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and season to taste. Add onions and celery. Add soy sauce, soups, and water. Mix thoroughly. Stir in drained cooked rice. Bake in shallow pan for 35 - 40 minutes at 375F.
