3 chocolate brownies

Ingredients

  • 10 oz of bittersweet or semi sweet chocolate
  • 2/3 c of unsalted butter
  • ¾ c of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ c apf
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 oz white choc chips
  • 3 oz milk choc chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 325 and grease and line a pan with parchment paper.
2. On a double boiler – melt your butter and chocolate – once melted remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and sugar.
3. Add the eggs one at a time. Add the flour and then mix in the white and milk choc chips.
4. Bake for 35 – 40 mins until cooked.
