- Extra Tender: 300* 15-20 min
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup 10 x sugar
- 1 3/8 cup flour
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- This recipe is unique in process, sift dry ingr. together. Mix in butter until soft dough forms.
- Gingerbread: 400* 7-10 min
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp each baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp each salt, ground cloves and ginger
Preparation
Step 1
-Basic directions for each type.(with the exception of one)
-Mix together dry ingredients and set aside.
-Cream together sugar and butter.
-Beat in eggs and flavorings.
-Mix in dry ingredients to combine.
