Ingredients

  • 8 Pork Loin Chops
  • 3 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Can Pineapple Chunks, reserve 3/4 cup juice
  • 2 Tbs. Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. Prepared Mustard
  • 4 Tbs. Cornstarch
  • 4 Tbs. Cold Water
  • 1 Sliced Green Pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes, cubed
  • 1 Cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 1/2 Cups Uncooked Rice

Step 1

Brown chops thoroughly in skillet; add salt and water and cover tightly. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove chops and pour off fat. In skillet, melt bouillon cubes in hot water. Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar and mustard. Combine cornstarch with 4 Tbs. cold water. Stir into skillet mixture and simmer until thick, stirring constantly. Add chops, pineapple chunks, green pepper, tomatoes and celery. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes, until thoroughly heated. Serve over cooked white rice. Makes 8 servings.
