Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 6 Tbsp chilled unsalted butter
- 1 cup coarsely shredded cheese
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut in the butter using a pastry blender or two knives. Stir in the cheese. Add enough buttermilk to make a thick dough.
Cook for 15 minutes at 450F.
