Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) Dole Pineapple Chunks
- Bottled BQ sauce
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Red or Green Bell pepper
- 1 Zucchini
Preparation
Step 1
Drain pineapple chunks; reserve 2 tbsp juice
Stir together reserved juice and 1/3 cup bottled barbecue sauce, set aside.
Thread pineapple chunks, chicken cut into cubes, bell pepper, cut into chunks and zucchini, cut into slices onto skewers. Brush with barbecue sauce.
Grill on broil kabobs 10 to 15 min or until chicken is no longer pink, brushing with sauce. Discard remaining sauce.
