- Cooked fettuccine
- Thinly sliced Brussels sprouts
- Sliced smoked salmon
- Grated Parmesan
- Butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute thinly sliced Brussels sprouts in butter until tender.
2. Toss w/cooked fettuccine, sliced smoked salmon, & grated Parmesan.
