Crockpot Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oats (steel cut or old fashioned)
  • 3 cups water (or apple juice or milk)
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingreadients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Add sugar, milk to taste when serving.
