  • CRUST:
  • 1 cup flour 420 calories 9 points
  • 3 TBS gran sugar 144 3 points
  • 1/3 c. softened butter 633 19
  • FILLING:
  • 1 ¼ c gran. Sugar 967 19 points
  • ¾ c softened butter 1200 36
  • 1 egg 75 2
  • 1 c flour 420 9
  • 2/3 c evap milk 140 5
  • ¼ c light corn syrup 240 4
  • 1 tsp vanilla 15

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs and starts to cling together. Pat into bottom and sides of a greased 9x9 pan
Beat sugar and butter until light and fluggy. Mix in egg until well combined. A bit at at ime, alternately add 1 cup flour and evaporated mil, mixing well after each addition. Add corn syrup and vanilla. Mix at medium speed until well blended.
Pour filling into crust lined pan. Sprinkle w/ powdered sugar. Bake 25-35 minutes.
