Chicken Pot Pie

This "semi-homemade" recipe is easy and delicious. You can make one big pie with crust on top and bottom or use individual pies with puff pastry just on top (my personal favorite)!

Ingredients

• optional:
• 1 can cream of chicken
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1/2 bar of cheddar cheese, grated
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1/2 bag of frozen peas and carrots
• 2-3 cups chicken, cooked and shredded or chopped
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tsp water
