Apricot Nectar Salad (aka Bunny Jello)

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 1/2 c. apricot nectar
  • 2 pkgs. orange Jello
  • 1 bag miniature mashmellows
  • 1 envelope Dream Whip, prepared according to directions
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. nectar
  • dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 c. hot water. Stir in nectar. Cover with marshmellows. Chill until set.

For topping:
Combine sugar, salt, flour and egg in saucepan. Add nectar and cook until thick. Cool and fold in Dream Whip. Spread over set jello
