Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz) chicken broth
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz) beef broth
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. fresh corn, optional
- Shredded chicken, roasted chicken from store
- 1/4 c. grated cheese, Montery Jack or Cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute onion, green chili and garlic in oil
2. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Bring to boil. Simmer one hour.
3. Serve in bowls with cheese and sour cream
