Macaroons, One Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cups coconut
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Drop by teaspoonfuls, about 1 inch apart, onto well-greased baking sheets.

Bake 10-12 minutes or til golden brown. Immediately remove from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks.
