Ingredients

  • CAKE:

  • 3/4

    oil

  • 2

    cups sugar

  • 2

    tbsp. vanilla sugar

  • 6

    eggs

  • 2

    tsp. baking powder

  • 2

    cups flour

  • 3

    tbsp. raspberry jello (dissolved in 1 tbsp. warm water)

  • 1 1/2

    tbsp. cocoa

  • GLAZE:

  • 1 1/2

    cups confection sugar

  • 4 1/2

    tbsp. cocoa

  • 7

    tbsp. hot water

  • 4 1/2

    tbsp. oil

  • 1 1/2

    tbsp. vanilla sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a food processor, with "S" blade mix oil and sugars until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Add baking powder and flour and mix well. 3. Pour 2 cups of batter into a greased bundt pan. Mix dissolved jello with 1 1/4 cups batter and set aside. 4. Mix cocoa with remaining batter and pour around the top of the white batter, making sure the batter does not touch the outer or inner walls of bundt pan. 5. Pour the raspberry batter around the top of the chocolate batter. 6. Bake for 45-55 minutes. 7. Combine ingredients for glaze adding more water if necessary to get a runny consistency. Pour over cooled bundt. 8. If glaze is matte looking brush on a bit of oil prior to serving.
