Ingredients
- 3 ozs. semisweet chocolate
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/4 c water
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 sticks butter softened
Preparation
Step 1
. Cook all the ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat, constantly stirring until mixture thickens
. Allow mixture to cool for a few minutes, transfer to a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy
