aDressing: Jalapeno Jelly Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup jalapeno jelly
  • 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tea. salt
  • 1/4 tea. freshly ground pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Gradually add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until blended.

Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
