  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes halved (or 2 med tomatoes, coarsely chopped)
  • 2 medium cucumbers or 1 large seedless cucumber peeled, and coarsely chopped
  • 2 Hass avocados coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly-grated lime rind
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
