WW Black Bean Brownies

A delicious fudge brownie with lots of fiber and few calories. Any only two points per square.

Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1-14 to 15 ounce can black beans

Preparation
Step 1
Drain and rinse beans. Put them back in the can and add water until it is full to the top. Pour contents of the can into the blender and puree. There should be no graininess visible.
In a medium bowl add the puree to the dry brownie mix.
Put into a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes until set.
Cut into squares. Makes about 20 brownies. They freeze well.
