Crumb-Crusted Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets about 1" thick (about 4 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1 tablespoon light margarine, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt-free lemon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heavily spray a shallow baking dish with olive oil spray. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels. Put fish in baking dish.

In a small bowl, stir together other ingredients; sprinkle over fish.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
