Mom's Chow Mein

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chow mein vegetables
  • celery
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbs corn starch
  • 1/2 tbs molasses

Preparation

Step 1

1. Saute onion and celery in butter. Mix in small bowl, water, cornstarch and molasses.

2. Add chow mein vegies and sauce to onion and celery
Stir and heat throughly.

3. Serve with rice and crunchy chow mein noodles.
